A Magyar Posta Zrt. az ifjúsági bélyeggyűjtés támogatásának céljával bocsátja ki évről-évre az Ifjúságért elnevezésű feláras alkalmi bélyegeit. 2011-ben a Budapesti Városligeti Park látványosságai adják a bélyeg témáját.

A Budapesti Városligeti Park a főváros XIV. kerületében található és a millenniumi ünnepségek alkalmára épült. Ekkor szabályozták a Városligeti tavat, feltöltötték a Páva-sziget két csatornáját és a tóba vezették a Rákos-patakot. Kialakították a városligeti körutat, megépült a Vajdahunyad vára és a Hősök tere.

Bár az 1896-os budapesti világkiállítás idején építették, számos olyan szórakoztató- és kulturális létesítménnyel lett gazdagabb, melyek mind a mai napig használatban vannak. A Hősök tere mögött található a Műjégpálya és Csónakázó-tó, illetve a Vajdahunyad vára, amely a Magyar Mezőgazdasági Múzeumnak is otthont ad. A tó mellett kanyarog az Állatkerti körút, ahol a Fővárosi Állat- és Növénykert várja a flóra és fauna szerelmeseit.

Itt találjuk a főváros legmélyebbről feltörő és legmelegebb forrásvízzel ellátott fürdőjét, a Széchenyi Fürdőt. Vele átellenben magasodik a Fővárosi Nagycirkusz köríves épülete, melyben először 1891-ben tartottak előadásokat. A kisív bélyegképein a Budapesti Városligeti Park közismert nevezetességei közül – a bélyegképek sorrendjében – a Fővárosi Állat- és Növénykert, a Vidámpark, a Vajdahunyad vára valamint a Műjégpálya és Csónakázó-tó jellegzetes grafikai kompozícióba fogalmazott képe jelenik meg.

A kisív második és negyedik címlete felárat tartalmaz. A felárból befolyó összeget a Magyar Posta az ifjúsági bélyeggyűjtés támogatására fordítja. A felár összege bérmentesítésre nem használható! A kisívhez tartozó alkalmi borítékon a Széchenyi Fürdő épületének sziluettje tűnik elő, az alkalmi bélyegző grafikáját léggömbök stilizált képe díszíti.

Every year Magyar Posta releases special For Youth stamps with a surcharge to support stamp collecting by young people. In 2011 the sights of Budapest’s City Park provide the subject for the stamp.

Budapest’s City Park is in the capital’s District XIV and was built for the city’s celebrations of the millennium of the Conquest of Hungary. This was when the lake in the City Park was regulated, two channels of the Páva Island were filled in and the Rákos Stream was led into the lake.

The City Park Boulevard was made, and Vajdahunyad Castle and Heroes’ Square were built. Although constructed at the time of the 1896 Budapest world exposition, many entertainment and cultural facilities were added which have been in use to the present day.

Behind Heroes’ Square are the Ice Rink, Boating Lake and Vajdahunyad Castle, home to the Museum of Hungarian Agriculture. A boulevard skirts the lake, on which the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden lies with a splendid range of flora and fauna.

Here Budapest’s thermal baths with the deepest borehole and hottest water, the Széchenyi Baths, can be found. Opposite the Baths is the round building of the Budapest Grand Circus, where the first performance was held in 1891. The stamp designs of the miniature sheet show the well-known sights of the City Park in a characteristic graphic composition, which are in the order of the stamps the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden, the Funfair, Vajdahunyad Castle, the Ice Rink and the Boating Lake. The second and fourth stamps in the miniature sheet contain a surcharge. Magyar Posta devotes the proceeds from the surcharge to supporting youth stamp collecting.

The amount of the surcharge may not be used to pay for postage. The silhouette of the building of the Széchenyi Baths appears on the first day cover for the miniature sheet and the design of the special postmark employs a stylised picture of balloons.

3. GERMAN - FÜR DIE JUGEND 2011: STADTPARK BUDAPEST

Die Magyar Posta bezweckt mit der von Jahr zu Jahr unter dem Titel „Für die Jugend” erscheinenden Ausgabe ihrer Sonderbriefmarken mit Aufpreis das Briefmarkensammeln der Jugendlichen zu unterstützen. 2011 ist das Thema der Marke der Budapester Stadtpark „Stadtwäldchen”.

Der Budapester Stadtpark ist im 14. Bezirk der Hauptstadt aufzufinden und wurde aus Anlass der Millenniumsfeier errichtet. Damals wurde der See des Stadtparks reguliert, die zwei Kanäle der Pfaueninsel wurden aufgefüllt und der Rákos-Bach wurde in den See geleitet.

Die Ringstraße des Stadtparks wurde ausgebaut, die Vajdahunyad Burg und der Heldenplatz wurden fertig gestellt. Obgleich er für die Weltausstellung 1896 gebaut wurde, ist er um viele Vergnügungs- und Kultureinrichtungen reicher geworden, die auch heute noch in Gebrauch sind.

Hinter dem Heldenplatz sind die Eislaufbahn und der See bzw. die Vajdahunyad Burg aufzufinden, die auch das Ungarische Landwirtschaftliche Museum beherbergt. Neben dem See befindet sich der Zoo-Ring, wo der Budapester Tier- und Pflanzengarten die Liebhaber der Flora und Fauna erwartet.

Neben dem Zoo befindet sich das Széchenyi Thermalbad mit dem wärmsten und aus der tiefsten Quelle hervorbrechenden Thermalwasser der Hauptstadt. Hinter dem Thermalbad steht das rundbogenförmige Gebäude des Budapester Zirkus, in dem 1861 die ersten Aufführungen veranstaltet wurden. Neben dem Zirkus liegt der Lunapark, der in seiner jetzigen Form seit 1950 tätig ist, dessen Geschichte jedoch bis Anfang der 1800er Jahre zurückreicht. (Quelle: budapest.com * hu.wikipedia.org)

Auf den Briefmarken des Kleinbogens sind von den allgemein bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten des Budapester Stadtparks – in der Reihenfolge der Briefmarkenbilder – der Budapester Tier- und Pflanzengarten, der Lunapark, die Vajdahunyad Burg sowie die Eislaufbahn und der See, in Form einer grafischen Komposition abgebildet.

Die zweite und vierte Marke des Kleinbogens enthalten einen Aufpreis. Die aus dem Aufpreis einfließenden Beträge wendet die Magyar Posta zur Unterstützung des Briefmarkensammelns der Jugendlichen auf. Der Betrag des Aufpreises ist zur Freimachung nicht geeignet! Auf dem zum Kleinbogen gehörenden Sonderumschlag ist die Silhouette des Gebäudes des Széchenyi Thermalbades zu sehen, die Grafik des Sonderstempels ziert ein stilisiertes Bild von Luftballons.
