A Magyar Posta 2007. július 16-án további, megszemélyesítésre alkalmas ívekkel bővítette személyes bélyeg kínálatát. Az újdonságok bélyegképei – követve a megkezdett gyakorlatot – értékjelzés nélküliek, vagyis a tarifaváltozáshoz illeszkedően, a rajtuk jelzett kategóriában, kiegészítő bérmentesítés nélkül rugalmasan felhasználhatóak.
A húsz bélyegképet tartalmazó ívben elsősorban gyermekszületéshez ajánlott, játékos hangvételű bélyegképek láthatók, melyek fő motívumai a csörgő, a kiskacsa, valamint a kék és rózsaszín kiscipő virág motívummal kiegészülve.
