e-Európa (Európai miniszteri konferencia az információs társadalomról)
2004. február 26-27-én Budapesten európai miniszteri konferenciát rendeztek az információs társadalomról „Új növekedési lehetőségek egy kibővített Európában” címmel, melyet a Magyar Posta Részvénytársaság alkalmi bélyeg forgalomba bocsátásával köszöntött.
„A kétnapos páneurópai miniszteri konferencia résztvevői megvitatták az új EU-tagállamokban és a tagjelölt országokban megfogalmazott "eEurope+" információs társadalom akcióterv végrehajtását, értékelték az "eEurope 2005" akcióterv eddig elért eredményeit és az európai információs társadalom kihívásait. A rendezvény a 2000-ben Varsóban és a 2002-ben Ljubljanában megrendezett miniszteri konferencia-sorozatba illeszkedő esemény volt, melyen az EU-tagállamok, a 10 új tagország, a 3 tagjelölt, illetve a délkelet-európai országok delegációi, továbbá a nemzetközi intézmények, a magánszektor, a tudományos élet és a civil társadalom elismert képviselői vettek részt.
Az Európai Uniónak, az új tagállamoknak és a tagjelölt országoknak az információs társadalom megvalósítására vonatkozó célkitűzései alapvető fontosságúak az európai gazdasági integráció, a társadalmi kohézió és a kulturális sokszínűség megvalósítása szempontjából. A rendezvény egyedülálló alkalmat kínált az "eEurope 2005" akciótervben megfogalmazott célkitűzések terén elért eredmények megvitatására. Ilyen törekvés a kedvező környezet kialakítása a magánbefektetések és a munkahelyteremtés számára, a termelékenység növelése, a közszolgáltatások korszerűsítése, valamint a globális információs társadalomban történő részvétel előmozdítása.
A bélyegképen az informatikára vonatkozó jelrendszerből, az e-mail címekből jól ismert „@” motívum mintájára, a grafika nyelvén átírt „e” betű látható, az alnyomaton a kettes számrendszerre utaló „0” és „1” számjegyek váltakoznak. A bélyeg különlegessége, hogy az 50 bélyegképes íveken belül négyféle színváltozatban, meghatározott sorrendben váltakozó összeállításban jelenik meg.
A bélyeghez tartozó alkalmi borítékon és alkalmi bélyegzőn a postabélyegen látható motívumok ismétlődnek.

2004th February 26-27-European ministerial conference held in Budapest on the Information Society "New opportunities for growth in an enlarged Europe" by the Hungarian Post Corporation occasional stamp release celebration.
"The two-day pan-European ministerial conference discussed the new EU member states and candidate countries set out in eEurope + action plan for implementation of the Information Society, was evaluated in the eEurope 2005 Action Plan, the results so far and the challenges of the European information society. The events of 2000 in Warsaw and the 2002 Ministerial Conference in Ljubljana, the event was a fitting series, which the EU Member States, the 10 new Member States, 3 candidate, and the South East European countries' delegations, as well as international institutions, the private sector, academia and civil society representatives attended a recognized.
The European Union, the new Member States and candidate countries in the information society are essential for achieving the objectives of European economic integration, social cohesion and cultural diversity is reality. The event offered a unique opportunity in the eEurope 2005 Action Plan objectives in the field discuss the results obtained. Such efforts to create an environment favorable to private investment and job creation, increasing productivity, modernization of public services and promoting participation in the global information society.

e-Europa (Europäische Ministerkonferenz über die Informationsgesellschaft)
2004. Februar 26.-27-europäische Ministerkonferenz in Budapest über die Informationsgesellschaft "Neue Chancen für Wachstum in einem erweiterten Europa" von der Ungarischen Post Corporation gelegentliche Stempel Release Feier.
"Die zweitägige paneuropäischen Ministerkonferenz Debatte über die neue EU-Mitgliedsstaaten und den Beitrittsländern im eEurope +-Aktionsplan für die Umsetzung der Informationsgesellschaft, in der eEurope 2005 Action Plan bewertet, die bisherigen Ergebnisse und die Herausforderungen der europäischen Informationsgesellschaft. Die Ereignisse des Jahres 2000 in Warschau und der 2002-Ministerkonferenz in Ljubljana, wurde die Veranstaltung eine passende Serie, die die EU-Mitgliedstaaten, die 10 neuen Mitgliedstaaten, 3 Kandidaten, und die Delegationen der südosteuropäischen Länder sowie internationale Institutionen, der Privatwirtschaft, Hochschulen und Vertreter der Zivilgesellschaft nahmen an einer anerkannt.
Die Europäische Union, den neuen Mitgliedstaaten und den Kandidatenländern in der Informationsgesellschaft für die Verwirklichung der Ziele der europäischen wirtschaftlichen Integration, sozialer Zusammenhalt und kulturelle Vielfalt von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist die Realität. Die Veranstaltung bot eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, in den Aktionsplan eEurope 2005 Ziele in den Bereichen diskutieren die Ergebnisse. Solche Bemühungen um ein günstiges Umfeld für private Investitionen und Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen, Steigerung der Produktivität, die Modernisierung der öffentlichen Dienste und Förderung der Teilnahme an der globalen Informationsgesellschaft.
Der Stempel jelrendszerből für die Informationstechnologie, E-Mail-Adressen bekannter "@"-Motiv, nach dem Vorbild der grafischen Sprache umgeschrieben Buchstaben "e" im Hintergrund Druck der binären Angabe "0" zu sehen und "1" Ziffern abwechseln. Die Sondermarke, dass die Kurven innerhalb von 50 bélyegképes Vier-Farben-, abwechselnd in der Bestellung angegebene Zusammensetzung wird angezeigt.
